How to make a screen shot

1. Make sure your monitor shows what you want to make the screen shot of
2. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. It will normally say something like "Prt Scr". This will copy the screen shot to your clipboard
3. Open a standard Windows program called Paint. Click Start - All Programs - Accessories - Paint
4. Click Edit - Paste. This will paste the screen shot from your clipboard into the Paint program
5. Click File - Save As to save the file. In newer versions of Paint, you can select different file types: at the bottom of the dialogue window it will say "Save as type:", click JPEG for best results and small files
